Yoga for all


Yoga is all about uniting the body, mind and soul so that they can function in harmony together.  Often when we are busy, we just keep on pushing, neglecting the needs of our bodies and minds. Yoga provides us with the opportunity to create some space and find stillness so that we can listen to the body, calm the mind and find some inner peace. Through movement and breath yoga can help to strengthen and build more flexibility within the body. It can greatly complement more physically demanding activities such as running, going to the gym or playing football, by stretching and releasing tension in the muscles. More recently studies have proven that those who participate in yoga along side more vigorous sports can also reduce their chance of injury.
